You can set the light to either 8H or OFF. The light automatically turns off after 8 hours if you set it on 8H function. After 16 hours, the light will automaticly turn on again, and his will continues. You can also just use the on/off buttom. The bulb is shaped as a flame and is moving just as a real flame. The candle is packaged in a beautiful gift box. Batteries not included. You must insert 3 x AAA batteries in the bottom of the light.
